Vardhman Polytex Limited (VPL) is the flagship company of the Group with multiple production facilities located at Bathinda, Ludhiana, Nalagarh ( India ).

Weaving was established in 2006 with a state-of-the-art facility in Maharashtra, in Joint Venture with F.M. Hammerle of Austria, a company engaged in premium yarn dyed shirting since 1836. Subsequently, FM Hammerle was acquired and merged with this facility located at Kohlapur.
The group has recently diversified into Real Estate. The debut project, VARDHMAN PARK marks “Disruptive Innovation” by converting unutilized asset in terms of prime land into a Business opportunity offering affordable residential & commercial space at Ludhiana.
