The end of a long search
As an investment banker in the late ‘90s, AlphaSense founder Jack Kokko experienced the tedium of market research firsthand, spending days hitting CTRL+F, one keyword at a time, on thousands of PDFs, only to worry about missing crucial insights.
Ten years later, frustrated by the lack of research advancements, Jack and co-founder Raj Neervannan conceived a new kind of search engine — one that uses machine learning and natural language processing technology against a curated, centralized library for business information of all kinds.
In 2011, they launched AlphaSense, supercharging the research workflow for companies all over the world, and making sure every insight is uncovered.
