SWIL has developed large weight castings such as Barrel type HP Outer casings , HP & IP Inner casings, Valve casings for Supercritical Temperature for Steam Turbines of 250 MW,500 MW ,660 MW & 800MW capacity as well as for Nuclear Turbines.Beside castings, SWIL has also developed various rolled and forged products such as Motor Casing Steel for satellite launching vehicle, Gun Barrel Steel, Armour Steel and Turbine Blade Steel for very critical applications in Nuclear, Aerospace, Defence & Power sector.
